Hairspray at the Princes Theatre, Melbourne (April 19, 2011)
So I saw Hairspray tonight. And it was absolutely amazing. I also am possibly more in love with Jack (from season one SYTYCD Australia) than ever, he was just so gorgeous and a phenomenal dancer. It really made me miss the stage.
The only thing I could really say I had a problem with was that Link didn’t sing ‘Ladies Choice’, which if you’ve seen it performed by Zac Efron, you’d understand completely. “Shake those hips in my direction”, anyone? (Amirite?)
Front step, cha cha cha, back step, cha cha cha, side step, front step, back… and turn!

A little more in love with Michael Buble than I’ve ever been (and that’s saying something). It is now the second time I have shared a room with this man, and I can honestly say, he gets better and better. And more devilishly handsome. I think my love shot up exponentially once he impersonated Ferris Bueller and sang ‘Twist & Shout’. I just want to relive those two hours forever.
Just giving fair warning, for the next few days this will be primarily a Michael Buble appreciation blog. More photos and videos coming up.
Sufjan Stevens with Pania last night. Absolute perfection.

SAW THE STROKES LAST NIGHT. AND THEY WERE FANTASTIC.
and sadly this was the only good shot I could get via iPhone.
