"I'm from the US and absolutely adore Melbourne, you're so lucky to live there it sounds amazing! How many Hollywood celebs come from there? :]"

Aw, that’s great anon! I am honestly so proud of my city and truly love living here, so it’s nice to hear that :)

We’ve got some awesomes. I’m not sure if all of them are ~Hollywood, but certainly some celebs that you’d know from here are Chris and Liam Hemsworth, Guy Pierce, Cate Blanchett, Emily Browning, Jesse Spencer, Anna Torv, Kylie Minogue.. the force is strong in that one

First part of Seaside - The Kooks Melbourne Show (January 4, Festival Hall)

The Kooks are the most adorable band ever. And they are by far one of the best performances I have ever seen.

The end.

Um, so, the Arctic Monkeys are absolutely perfect. And completely worth braving the extreme mosh heat and lack of air. They played Still Take You Home and 505 and I was so happyyyy. I’ve seen them twice before, but tonight had the feeling of a first time…it was probably the best out of them all.

Currently in post-gig depression of sorts (and hurting from head to toe), so I’ll post up some pics tomorrow!

AND THEN THE KOOKS TOMORROW NIGHT. Shyeah, English boys.

Ugh, Evanna Lynch is now in Australia! But not my state, dammit.
